Travel Consultation Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• To qualify for the reward, participants must register via Giftcloud Travel Campaign during the stated campaign period. (1 June - 31 July 2026) with a business email address.
• Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
• The campaign is intended for business professionals working within the travel industry.

Reward Qualification

• Eligible participants will receive a £35 digital reward voucher only after attending a sales demo organised by the Giftcloud sales team.
• The demo must be attended in full to qualify for the reward.
• Participation in the demo does not create any obligation to purchase services from Giftcloud.

Participation Limits

• Each individual may participate only once and is eligible for only one digital reward voucher.
• A maximum of two reward vouchers may be issued per company or organisation.

Approval & Validation

• Giftcloud reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• Giftcloud may request additional information to validate eligibility and business details.
• Registrations using personal email domains (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) may be subject to additional verification or rejection.

Industry & Role Relevance

• The campaign is intended for professionals working in relevant travel industry roles, including but not limited to:
• • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Procurement
  • Commercial Management
  • General Management
  • Product Management
  • E-commerce / Digital
• Giftcloud reserves the right to reject registrations or withhold rewards if the participant is not considered relevant to the intended audience.

Reward Distribution

• Rewards will be distributed digitally after successful completion and verification of the demo attendance.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or resold.

Misuse & Fraud

• Giftcloud reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of:
• • Fraudulent activity
  • Duplicate registrations
  • Providing false information
  • Abusing the campaign mechanics

Campaign Changes

• Giftcloud reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Data & Privacy

• By registering for the campaign, participants agree that their details may be used by Giftcloud for campaign administration, demo scheduling, and relevant business communication in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Giftcloud’s privacy policy.

General

• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Giftcloud’s decision regarding eligibility and reward qualification is final.
